Hello,

I noticed there are a lot of scanned asset tags, but no render ID connected to them. Is there a reason why this happens? Is there a way to find the render IDs for these submissions? I have a PM saying that they submitted the asset tags for these renders below, but I cannot locate them.

There are no records of Asset Tag submissions in the original submission tool Single form or individual Asset Tags form for the Location Render ID below or for any submissions without Location Render IDs (e.g. blanks).

We will look into why the Location Render ID did not transmit because the App requires the selection of a Location Render ID in order to show the submit button. If they submitted via desktop computer, they may have refreshed the page before submitting which may have cleared the Location Render ID value that was passed to the form after clicking the Identify Fixtures button. It was brought to our attention that the majority of the Asset Tags come from three base numbers with the last 2-3 number being the variance. Therefore, if each region or PM gets sheets of asset tag stickers that start with the same numbers, that may help to identify asset tag locations. Lastly, we will cross check the submission dates and fixtures in the original submission tool to see if the data was received but not transmitted to Airtable for some reason.
