Service Request Description: Hello,
When the installer is trying to scan asset tags for Columbia, there are two versions. Read More Colombia and Columbia. (Spelled with a “o” and “u”) Some render ID’s are under 1 or the other. We need to have it so that the installer has to only select 1 spelling. Correct spelling is Colombia. All render ID’s for that country should populate. So they don’t have to guess which spelling the render ID is under. Need to have this fixed as soon as possible as they are trying to submit install info.

I noticed there are a lot of scanned asset tags, but no render ID connected to them. Is there Read More a reason why this happens? Is there a way to find the render IDs for these submissions? I have a PM saying that they submitted the asset tags for these renders below, but I cannot locate them.
