Hello,

We seem to have an issue with photos uploading from the installer app. The install team is positive that photos were entered for these locations, but it is not reflected in airtable. Please advise as soon as possible as there are a lot of installs happening.

UKDIX2047 This has an overall photo, but shows attachments column as empty. Makes it seem like they are missing uploaded photos

Status Update Notes:

The first list of Locations did not have photos attached to their original submissions (with the exception of their test photo of breakfast). Since the overall photo is not tied to a specific fixture/asset tag, it was not designed to be included in the Installation Photos column. However, we added a new Overall Location Photo column to Airtable so that it doesn’t look like no photos were uploaded.
