Hello,

We have trying to update the installer info for UKDIX3395. The information is on the tool, but won’t transfer to airtable. What is causing this?

UKDIX3395 shows that the installer info has been updated in Airtable and the submission tool. FRDAR1241 did not update the Actual Installation Date because there was a recent request to remove city as a required field in the Store Details submission page. Although the original submission page no longer required data to be entered into the City field, the Store update tool still required the City field, thus the update was rejected. This has been fixed by eliminating required fields in the Store Update tool. The original purpose was to force users to submit more complete datasets. However, that goal is no longer enforced.

Please also note, i tried to update FRDAR1241 with the actual installation date and it did not transfer to airtable.
