I couldn’t submit asset tag. I keyed in all the details and clicked identify fixtures but nothing appeared. Thank you.

If the location has no uploaded Bill of Materials (Fixtures), then no items will appear. If you see BOM fixtures in your Quad Report, yet not in the Submit Asset Tags uploader, then please provide the Location Render ID so that we can identify and fix the issue. We cleared the server cache and made some system updates over the weekend, so this should solve your issue. Please see the attached screenshot taken this morning showing identified fixtures. You may also want to clear your browser cache. We care setup a remote support session with you if the issue persists.
