Hi Support,

I have been trying to put in some floor plans and you have recently solved the problem of not being able to generate a location render ID. thank you for that.

I am now struggling to choose a Installer. Please see attached screen shot. I hope this can be resolved soon.

This should be fixed with the most recent system update. We have cleared the server cache to help you pick up the updated settings. We have also enabled the ability for you to select another country and then select your country so that the system calls the options again for your installer country. This should just be a work around for existing locations that encountered this issue. If this issues persists, please let us know so that we can simply setup a remote support session to alleviate any addition issues you may be encountering all a once.

Please clear your browser cache and maybe even restart your computer to pull the updated settings. I am able to view and select the UK Instaler (see screenshot). If the problem persists, we can do a remote support session.
