Service Request Description:

I am unable to submit floor plans as I can no longer generate a Render ID.
When I used this website previously, there Render ID was always generated before I pressed the button and would only add it to the form below. Now I am unable to edit the field manually used the air tables as a guide to which number should be next and I cannot upload any of the floor plans I have created. Please can someone help!

Greetings. Thank you for this notice. The issue was caused by the most recent form submission system update and we are working to resolve the problem. It seems to only affect users that are not logged in. Therefore, if you could please login using the link in the top right first, then the auto-increment generator will push the value to the Location Render ID generator. Sorry the inconvenience. We have made the Render ID field non-Read Only for the time being so that you can type in the displayed Render ID unit the issue is completely resolved.
