This render was duplicated, BZVIA3296. I deleted it in airtable, but it shows 2 submissions on the portal. Please remove one ofthem.

The system has access to all countries available in the Submit Floorplans and Submit Asset Tags list. However, the search and edit Asset Tags search will only display options for countries / locations that have previously submitted Asset Tags. Otherwise, the search would display a blank search result. Once an Asset Tag has been submitted for a country, that country and associated Location Render ID(s) will automatically be added to the dropdown list for selection.

Hello there, do you have some time today to do a remote support session to get this issue cleared up for you? We were able to generate new Location Render IDs from our end on several different types of computers. Therefore, it may be something on your network or possibly your account. Worst case scenario, we delete you PM account and create a new one using another email address that you have access to. In the meantime, I will clear the server cache to see if that helps as well.

The first list of Locations did not have photos attached to their original submissions (with the exception of their test photo of breakfast). Since the overall photo is not tied to a specific fixture/asset tag, it was not designed to be included in the Installation Photos column. However, we added a new Overall Location Photo column to Airtable so that it doesn’t look like no photos were uploaded.

All of the pending BOMs have been uploaded. However, a discussion is required regarding BOM uploads because the system was scoped as a defined process where on-the-ground PMs would submit their desired fixtures for approval, after approval, they would be added to the Quad Reports as BOMs for production. There was an allowance for up to 30% of locations needing to change their approved BOM orders, yet there are a number of locations that have changed their entire BOM selections 3-5 times. Currently, there have been total 6,500 fixtures uploaded with 3,200 of those needing to be removed and replaced.

The Query Monitor feature has been deactivated to avoid this from causing an error. The Query Monitor was installed to measure on-demand page loading and system processing times during tool development to optimize performance. Since we are not in active development, the feature is no longer required.

Natsuko, there are 434 store records currently listed in Airtable for Japan. Your particular view may have a Filter or mistyped Filter in effect that would serve to limit visible records. Try making sure that there are no undesired Filters enabled on your View (see attached screenshot).

They can delete the app and reinstall it to clear the cache completely. They can also do their initial submissions without photos for each fixture (only one for the overall location), just to get the asset tags into the system, then go into the Asset Tag updater to add individual fixture photos via update to relieve the cellular data strain. A possible solution would be to move the entire system files from a US based data center to a data center in Europe or Asia so that the data calls to the server are close to them.

The requirement for Fixture Name value was removed during the development for the Quad Report Generator Tool to make it easier for it to perform API submissions. This disabled a method of rejecting the second Fixture submission for locations that only have one Fixture. The conditional formatting was updated and should take care of the issue. If it happens again, please submit another support ticket and we will re-enable the SKU value requirement.

UKDIX3395 shows that the installer info has been updated in Airtable and the submission tool. FRDAR1241 did not update the Actual Installation Date because there was a recent request to remove city as a required field in the Store Details submission page. Although the original submission page no longer required data to be entered into the City field, the Store update tool still required the City field, thus the update was rejected. This has been fixed by eliminating required fields in the Store Update tool. The original purpose was to force users to submit more complete datasets. However, that goal is no longer enforced.

We will look into why the Location Render ID did not transmit because the App requires the selection of a Location Render ID in order to show the submit button. If they submitted via desktop computer, they may have refreshed the page before submitting which may have cleared the Location Render ID value that was passed to the form after clicking the Identify Fixtures button. It was brought to our attention that the majority of the Asset Tags come from three base numbers with the last 2-3 number being the variance. Therefore, if each region or PM gets sheets of asset tag stickers that start with the same numbers, that may help to identify asset tag locations. Lastly, we will cross check the submission dates and fixtures in the original submission tool to see if the data was received but not transmitted to Airtable for some reason.

This should be fixed with the most recent system update. We have cleared the server cache to help you pick up the updated settings. We have also enabled the ability for you to select another country and then select your country so that the system calls the options again for your installer country. This should just be a work around for existing locations that encountered this issue. If the location has no uploaded Bill of Materials (Fixtures), then no items will appear. If you see BOM fixtures in your Quad Report, yet not in the Submit Asset Tags uploader, then please provide the Location Render ID so that we can identify and fix the issue. We cleared the server cache and made some system updates over the weekend, so this should solve your issue. Please see the attached screenshot taken this morning showing identified fixtures. You may also want to clear your browser cache. We care setup a remote support session with you if the issue persists.

We believe that the keyboard characters used in the initial submissions are utilizing the PM desktop. However when updating a Location Store Details entry, the source keyboard characters are coming from the server, which is a US-based device that utilzes English keyboard characters. We will look into adding multiple language keyboard character options. The issue has been identified and a solution is being developed.
