Service Request Description:
On the submit edit page, the PMs are noticing the phone numbers are highlighted in red. It looks like this is doing it because it has a different format than the US. See attached image, the Sub PM’s # has no dashes or parentheses. If they don’t change that format, it won’t allow them to save the edits. Once you click on the box, it will automatically change the format to (614-230-2900). Their format cannot change because it’s based off different countries. It needs to stay they way it was originally entered. Please let me know when this can be changed.
